The Enthusiast Gaming Live Expo (EGLX) is one of Canada's largest eSports event featuring 30 different games and multiple gaming celebraties.
In a partnership between Enthusiast Gaming and one of Canada's biggest publishing companies, Metroland Media, comes the Enthusiast Gaming Live Expo (EGLX); the event will be taking place from the 13th to the 15th of November in Toronto, Canada at the International Center.
EGLX is a multi-event gaming event with an aim to give Canadians a large scale gaming convention, the event will feature a total of 30 games being played and a total prize pool of around $100,000; currently, the Dota2 event is planned to offer a $2500 prize pool.
In addition to the multiple gaming events planned, there will be other events planned such as cosplay tournaments and Celebrity visits. Currently, there are 60 celebrities who are confirmed to be attending and among them are well known Hearthstone player Octavian 'Kripparrian' Morosan and CS:GO player Joshua 'steel' Nissan; besides gaming celebrities, celebrities from the cosplaying and Youtube/ Twitch world will be attending.
More information about the different tournaments will be released at a later date, however, the tickets for the event are already on sale, priced between $19 and $75. Tickets can be bought here.
